I bought 2 of these in April. My daughter's was sent back w/in a week of getting it. It broke again and we had to convince Dell to give us a new hard drive which came this week. My husband's worked initially and last weekend I was on the phone w/ Dell for over an hour to trouble shoot it. It is now working again. Overall, I've spent over 10 hours on the phone w/ Dell between the 2 computers. I seriously would think twice about buying this one.  |
