not me. Got too many other things to do those days - every other year we travel on Thanksgiving and DD2 b-day is the 24, so sometimes it's on Thanksgiving or right before/after.

I usually go out about 4am too yes.gif ....as far as the camping goes, i dont do and dont think i will ever. The stuff i get doesnt cause me to camp out the night before, so im grateful for that.

Dont forget to say a prayer for all families effected by 9/11 tomorrow! GOD BLESS! comfort.gif

Nope...it's not worth getting sick over it due to the cold weather, and even the chance of being robbed. I tend to go out early in the morning.

Ours does that too now. We are usually standing at the door at midnight and Wal-mart opens at 5 am. I don't take portable coolers and all that though. We take all of the sales papers and our jackets. Nothing else that could slow us down. Also, I've noticed a lot of people run to get buggies first. We learned the hard way the first year we went out, that you want to wait until you've grabbed your big ticket item, then find a buggy. Wal-Mart, ours anyway, always has lines of buggies down sevral aisles throughout the store. So, unless you need a buggy to move your item, leave it until you just have to have one, b/c they will only slow you down.

I love it too! I usually go about 12am. But, you might have the right idea going the day before. Maybe I will challenge you to a game of Monopoly!

Don't need anything bad enough to have to camp for it. Even though we get up early and go out for Black Friday we go out for the fun of being out.

I've never camped out but I do go early (around 4:00AM). Last year I stayed up late to shop online. I think some stores started selling online Thursday at midnight.

Camped out last year in the rain. Was 7th in line at Best Buy and my sister was 5th in line at MicroCenter. I was not fully prepared, but toughed it out. Had the warmers, but the rain made it miserable. Wish I'd had a tent. BUT, I snagged great electronic deals!! Definitely worth it.

Need even bigger ticket items this year so will be pulling a repeat -- and probably even going earlier. Joined the line last year at 6 pm.

I go out every year. I camp out in the line and meet fabulous people. We talk play games share refreshments and make new friends. I don't know what is better the deals we get or the freinds we meet. just make sure you buddy up for safety. yes.gif

I've never camped out although I liked to

Have kinda a personal question...
What do you do when you drink then nature calls before the store opens? smile.gif
I go shopping alone and don't have anyone to hold my spot if that happen.
