does anyone know much about the compatibility of this box? like if it doesn't work with certain services? i swear i read somewhere at one time that some of there boxes weren't compatible with direct tv, but i can't find anything to confirm or deny it now.

Does anyone know if you can get this deal if you already have an existing plan? Just upgrade the unit and keep the plan???
