We know it's really early, but if you've got a tip or trick for saving money on Black Friday, we want to hear it.
The official opening date is September, but we don't want to discourage anyone from sharing any information early smile.gif

The main thing to remember is to plan - plan - plan! That's why this site is so helpful. Hardcore Day After Thanksgiving shoppers often start at least by October in the planning of what they need to get and where they are going first.

Hopefully WalMart will price match like last year on the early bird specials on Black Friday again. sheep.gif Did anyone try ordering from online retailers on Black Friday? Last year, I heard online retailers were trying to have Black Friday deal and discount too.

I love Black Friday Sales! One thing I have learned over the years, is if you see something but not sure if its exactly what you want...GRAB IT because by the time you decided "yes I should go back and get it", it will be gone!

Oh and its always best to shop in pairs or groups. Each person is in charge of grabbing something at the store and share your desired items with each other just in case the other person comes across the item first.

Charge your cell phones the night before in order to keep in touch while in the store!

I am so excited to see the upcoming sales!!!!

When exactly do the ads start showing up online. I know last year it was a few weeks ahead of time that I found out about the ads being online early. I am so excited and can't wait to plan out my route. It really sucked last year at Walmart though. I really had my heart set on the laptop they had on sale only to be let down when the girl from electronics laughed at me when i requested one..lol. Wasn't too funny at the time though. Anyway I guess they only had 25 per store. So this year is going to be different. I am going to be camping out allnight at the store that has what i really want.

My friends and I plan what items everyone wants and how many--(and yes we do go to Wal-Mart believe it or not, but we are in a rural area and don't have many big stores)--and then we each go to a different area and get enough for everyone, then meet up and sort out our bargains. It's a lot of fun and we look forward to it every year. I can't wait to start seeing some ads!!

That's what we do too @ Walmart---Our Walmart is not too bad that morning, but even by the time we get to the next town over for all the other stores it is still crazy! The only thing I hate is my 2 year old goes with me, I am a single mom and all my friends and my mom are all out shopping like me!

Last year, I ordered from Sears on Black Friday. They had some of the same deals that were advertised for the store plus free shipping via rebate. I hope more stores will be doing that this year again because I'll tell you...I'd rather be warm and cozy in my jammies, sipping a cup of tea and ordering from home not having to worry if the store is going to run out before i get there!
