What should I do if I find a coupon or offer that doesn’t work? Despite our efforts to verify every offer before they are posted, a few offers we receive from our store partners don’t have fixed expiration dates, and occasionally, although rare, we receive coupons with errors. What is the difference between a coupon, deal and sale? While the distinction between these three different types of offers can be confusing at first, here are the basics:

• In general, store coupons offer a dollar or percentage off on individual products, department-wide or even store-wide purchases and usually require the coupon to be clicked from a referring site like DealTaker.com or for a coupon/promotional code to be entered during the checkout process. For example: 15% off all Kohls.com Juniors purchases – coupon code JUNIORS15.
• Deals are generally special offers and discounts on individual products that are available if the shopper navigates or clicks through to the correct link. How can I use a coupon or buy a deal? To use a coupon or buy a deal posted on the DealTaker.com site, simply click the offer and you will be taken to the store to shop. Some discounts will show immediately when the product is shown, and some coupons savings show only at check-out. Coupon codes can also be entered into the coupon/promotion code box during the store’s check-out process.
