Hello, all wavey.gif

With the overwhelming popularity of Facebook, there have been several facebook groups requesting fans in exchange for freebies. Some of these are legitimate and reputable companies, while others may be harvesting for your information. I could be completely wrong in doing this, but I just deleted the Heavenly Sis (free bath and body gift, the next 5,000 fans will be getting a free gift card) thread for two reasons. One, they claim to have been around since 2004, yet don't provide a URL link to their site, and if you search the internet, you will only find other sites with this offer posted. Secondly, this facebook page also contains links to deals and freebies, which DealTaker considers a competitive site. While some of these facebook freebies may be legitimate and may come, if they have posts that link to deals or freebies within their page, it will be deleted. I hope you understand.

Sorry, girlo...
Again, this doesn't apply to EVERY facebook offer. It's important to checkout a site to make sure they are a legitimate company and aren't posting competitive links. A good example of a legitimate offer is the one you just posted for Juvederm yes.gif

I agree! If you become a fan of Edible Arrangements though, they really do send you a coupon for a free box of 6 chocolate dipped fruits. I recieved mine and plan on using it this week. You have to be one of the first 10,000 or something like that though.

[i]Hey Friends, and Ms. Dizi! been in process of moving, still have lots of boxes, but have missed our site. Have gotten lots of goodies, new mailman gave me idea to help unload packages.
As for FACEBOOK, still don't know anything bout MYSPACE, cause before a newbie comes out, haven't figured out the past thingies, Amen!
I treasure what I have computer wise, and try to be sooooooo careful, and hope all are same as me.
So, am preparing for #9 back surgery, which is gonna be a emergency, and would appreciate mega prayers. Treasure anytime I can get on computer, but do keep spreading the word. Today, it was my new aid that helps me around the house. God Bless to all! be careful w/new thgs, but know this is my #1 site!

Did you look in your Facebook mail? I am trying to remember how that one came - it may have just come in my regular email to print out. I also think it was for a limited number.

I've just started entering contests on Facebook and already won 2..from Philosophy and QVC.. I think that if you stick with Facebook contests from sites you know exist (like the aforementioned) then you're pretty safe. Stick with the bigger companies and watch your updates for their contests and giveaways and you should be safe I think.
I just started entering contest actually..My husbands out of town working so i'm on leave from work until he comes back..so until I go back I'm entering every darn contest that comes my way!!!
If anyone wants from here wants to friend me on facebook I'd be happy to request you if you PM me so we can forward each other contests that we find legit..we could even start a dealtaker group if there isn't one already!
