The toy deals are great, but there are much better deals on electronics elsewhere, like Circuit City and Best Buy. So this year, Circuit City and Best buy for camping out. wink.gif

I have never went out on black friday, so I don't know where I should look in the store or how early to go. Will there be a lot or just a few? unsure.gif

If your going to buy an item on walmart.com before black friday or instead of going to black friday shopping, it better be darn worth it or one heck of a markdown, cause what you pay on tax and shipping the item might bring the item back up to regular price. and then it would have been ludacris to havve waited for an item till then just to pay 7 bucks shipping when u could just add the 7 bucks now and buy it today

I was wondering that too, as I have a Cabbage Patch Kids lover in my house. I couldn't find them at any retailer, on ebay they seemed to look just like regular Cabbage Patch Newborns, maybe they are stuffed with beans, like beanie babies??

Circuit City has free standard shipping with purchases over $24. Also, they have the 24/24 program. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at the store in 24 minutes. If your items are not ready, they give you a $24 gift card. The 24 minutes doesn't apply on Black Friday...but you could purchase your items online (looks like the scanned add had all online ids for the sale items) and pick your items up in the store later that day. That way you can purchase your Circuit City items starting at midnight and make it to Wal-Mart by 5 am

Those Gameboy Micros is older crap they trying to get rid of to make space for the newer systems just like last year they had the Gameboy Sp's cheap and they was the older ones with the dim screen light, thats why is was specified colors, and thats why they have these on sale to move it on out. Cause the DS is the big thing now, And from past experience some of the DVD players and TVs they have on sale Black friday is mass produced junk, They only lasted less than 6 months and costed more to repair than costed at the sale.

Wal-mart will price match any competitors sales ad ALWAYS (excluding Big Lots, cause they are a liquidator) Thats their policy. You can make them match any ads even Grocery store ads. So carry your sales papers and shop away I did that for the past 3 years .

ohmy.gif [font=Lucida Console][size=5] Is it me or does Walmart seem like they are going down the s****er? Ok first they cut layaway and now their ad for bf sucks? Jeepers...whoever took over maybe should re-think their new ideas. I love Wal-mart but I can't believe that I am the only one that thinks they are going to lose alot of customers. Slashing their toys before bf is not good enough for me in comparison to the changes they have made..Jennifer in Western, ny wavey.gif

I strongly agree with you. It seems that since they now have a monopoly on most markets, they have gotten away from pleasing the customer. I also think that they are going to loose alot of customers especially with holiday shopping. Many people that go to black friday layaway the items because they can't afford to but that much merchandise at once. (not me I hate the layaway line) I am greatly dissapointed in walmart

I have lots of items I have bought on Black friday which still work to this day. One of them is a dvd player. Its a year old, my kids use it almost every day and it works great.

Not just me, everyone i know, ELECTRONICS is the only thing to watched out for. I have a computer from Black friday and its great, and its a HP. Its just the noname electronics that wal-mart has mass produced from a well-named company for this sale. All together friends and family have had 5 of the tvs die and 3 of the dvd/vcr combos. And what one would consider quality others may consider cheap junk. Especially if for a few dollars more its gonna last longer than 6 months.

Symphonic which is made by Emerson or it could be a SV2000 made by Sylvania. Thats what brand is usually made for the bf sale.
