I wanted to thank you all again!
I got my phone, charger and info yesterday. I got a Nokia bar phone, a wall charger. It had 10 dollars already loaded on it, along with the instructions on how to add more minutes if I want for a nominal price. This is going to make my life so much safer and easier. Please, if any of you know someone on assistance and have no access to a phone, tell them about this. Bless you |

I am very unhappy all together. When I applied for ReachOut Wireless I was told my area had service and it DOES NOT have service at all. I recieved the phone, charged it up as the instructions stated and tried to activate it. NO service, so I go to a neighbors house and use their land line to call ReachOut Wireless. I told the customer rep that since I could not get service I wanted to disconnect the phone and send the phone back so someone else could get the phone, who could have service in their area. The rep insisted I keep the phone and would not disconnect it. I can use the phone when I go to the next town but I hardly ever leave home *except doctor visits* due to my disability. I got a address to mail the phone back but it was the repair department. They sent me the same phone BACK with a letter saying the phone was not defective. All I wanted to do was return the phone and it seems it is impossible. I am very unhappy with ReachOut Wireless.

I have Question about Charges for unread/unopened Texts, The ROW TOS doesn't match what the reps are saying ? I just applied (2day) for ROW and was accepted. I asked their rep How text messages were charged .. He said I will be charged 1 minute for all text incoming, outgoing, read and unread! However during the enrolling process I was asked to agree to their "Terms of Conditions and Service" (which I did) However This is what It Staes there reguarding Domestic Texts ... Domestic Text Messages: The rates to send or receive a text message to another person's phone using your REACHOUT WIRELESS™ handset are $0.10 per text message for sending, and $0.10 per text for receiving. If you do not want minutes/units deducted from your REACHOUT WIRELESS™ phone, then do not send a text message and/or do not open any incoming text messages. Each message is limited to 160 characters in total length. So with that ^ I should NOT be charged for ANY UNREAD/UNOPENED texts Right?? I'm Confused lol anyone have a straight answer for what I can expect to be charged regarding Texts .. Many Thanks |

I use safelink and it is legit and a good program, fairly easy to apply and got the phone and minutes fast. I live in Ohio
