Does anyone know how the hours work at the WalMart supercenters?

I think they are open 24 hrs and they are open Thanksgiving day.

This will be my first year out. Can you get into the store and shop before 5am? Does anyone have any tips from last year?

The ad is lackluster - but I do like some of the electronics deals....

Thanks! wavey.gif

Last year all of the Wal Mart Super Centers in Houston closed at 6 or so on Thnaksgiving Day. Even though they are 24 hour stores. They then reopened for the BF sales the next morning. Not sure if it's the same anywhere else. It stinks but make sense. Gives them time to bring all of the items out onto the floor before the madness begins.

In Ohio they are open all night but the sale items are under black plastic and you can't get anything until they open up the black Plastic. At least you are warm inside and if you know someone that works at a store they can point you to the item you want so you are first in line smile.gif

I live in upstate new york and the WalMart Supercenters stay open, they let you pick up the items but you can not be in line to check out before 5:00 a.m.

There were a lot of complaints about this last year so I do not know if the same will be true for this black friday. It would be nice to stay warm.
