Turbo Tax vs. Wife

What can I say, it is tax time again. I have been using TurboTax for many years now and just love it.

In true Valentine fashion I want to express my love for you, oh wonderful Turbo Tax. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways:

1. I love the way you bring all pertinent information over from last year so I don’t have to re-enter the same basic stuff every year. What a time saver!

2. I love the way I can enter information at any time, leave, and come back in a day or a week or a month and just pick up where I left off. My wife won’t let me leave and come back like that!

3. I love the way you keep a running total of tax owed or my tax refund at the top (for Federal and State taxes). Every entry I put in automatically adjusts that number. How awesome!

4. I love the way you check for any inconsistencies and errors. And you are much nicer about letting me know about my errors than my wife!

5. I love the way you let me file and pay (or get my refund) electronically. My wife always wants cash!

It is for these reasons and many more why I want you, sweet Turbo Tax, to be my Valentine this year (just don’t tell my wife please).
