The Machine That is DealTaker.com

I am one of the new kids on the block here!  I have enjoyed learning everything that DealTaker is about.  Outside of posting deals and coupons, there is so much that goes on here.  In the background and on the forefront, the people here are a team.  It is amazing to see the how all of the parts of the machine work to accomplish our daily tasks and goals.

• Our users are such a fun part of DealTaker.  The users do so much in adding to the content of the forums.  It has been awesome to see how people share their awesome finds with everyone they can!  The information that is out there for coupons, deals, and free stuff is so fun to post, and our active users love to share with other members so that everyone can get the best deals.  We all share one thing at this site, the thought, “Why pay full price?”
• Our IT team is always on top of it!  It is amazing to see something creep up and they already all over the issue.  The new looks and features that have been slowly introduced have been brainstormed and created by them.  What is great about their process is that they definitely keep in mind the other staff members and, most importantly, the users.
• Then there is the content team, which I am a part of.  We post deals and coupons to the forums and chat with users.  It is always great to have our users posting and participating!  We talk constantly about what should be out there, what the users want to see, and what issue, if any, there are.  We try to keep in touch with the users and are here when we can help.  We are the ones that come into the ‘contact us’ forum and try to fix anything that may come up for a user.
• With marketing, we have seen so much improvement in communicating with clients on a timely manor.  The development in this area has been highly productive for our clients that want updates!
• In the merchant side of things, we are growing.  It is highly important to continue to add to what we have available to our site.
• Our executive team is always hard at work supporting the entire machine that is DealTaker.com.  They do all that they can to help and improve the quality of our work!

So, from one of the newbie’s point of view, you can see a little more of DealTaker.  There will always be more to talk about and more that is presented from our site.  It is great that the users are so active on the site and contribute to the forums for other users!  Every part is important to have the best information for everyone to get!
