Women with eating disorders actually see themselves as fat. I had a friend that went to a 'skinny camp' (that's what she called it) because of how she was taught by others around her. They had to teach her how to cope with what she sees in the mirror & find that beauty that is there. We are all beautiful in our own ways! The fact things like this are put up as if it is 'the way to be' is wrong. Great read!
