This year is flying by and it’s already time to start back to school shopping. This is often a dreaded task…one that tends to leave you feeling broke. Year after year you try to stick to a budget only to find that you’ve blown through it even before you’ve checked everything off the list. Is there any way to stay within budget AND save money? Yes. When it comes to shine and glitz, nothing stands out more than Chrome. In this case, I am not talking about the shiny, metallic substance that often adorns cars and other items.
