I would give it zero stars for several reasons. First: $5.95 to pay for shipping one item which weighs less than a pound? What's worse: it takes more than the 3 week to deliver! After trying to contact someone about delivery confirmation 3 times (both live chat and phone), it left the shipping center without a follow-up call to me. Leaving for Christmas before the package arrives. Refund: of course not, the manager was rude and spoke down to me while insisting there would be no return/refund. I'm already telling everyone I like not to order through PersonalizationMall.com
Hi devin - Thanks for the feedback on this Store! Seems to me that a refund was in order and may have saved you as a customer. I wish all of the stores would realize how important it is to weigh out the bad publicity with the actual cost of a refund.
