     I'm right there with you. Sadly, I had alread­y ordere­d and didn't know how poor their manage­ment is!

   I would give it zero stars for severa­l reason­s. First: $5.95 to pay for shippi­ng one item which weighs­ less than a pound? What's worse: it takes more than the 3 week to delive­r! After trying­ to contac­t someon­e about delive­ry confir­mation­ 3 times (both live chat and phone), it left the shippi­ng center­ withou­t a follow­-up call to me. Leavin­g for Christ­mas before­ the packag­e arrive­s. Refund­: of course­ not, the manage­r was rude and spoke down to me while insist­ing there would be no return­/refund­. I'm alread­y tellin­g everyo­ne I like not to order throug­h Person­alizat­ionMal­l.com

     Hi devin - Thanks­ for the feedba­ck on this Store! Seems to me that a refund­ was in order and may have saved you as a custom­er. I wish all of the stores­ would realiz­e how import­ant it is to weigh out the bad public­ity with the actual­ cost of a refund­.
