i ordered books from your site on Saturday 1/7/12 and your website discredited my mastercard instead of one payment of 194.76 i was charged three times and no one at your after hours call center has returned my call or neither does any one answers your phone to correct this mistake i have writter over 10 to twelve statements and sent them to your customers service department and have not heard form anyone. Do i need to send other statements in to the BBB that your company refuses to correct your website mistakes or will this matter be handled by you as soon as possible.
