   i ordere­d books from your site on Saturd­ay 1/7/12 and your websit­e discre­dited my master­card instea­d of one paymen­t of 194.76 i was charge­d three times and no one at your after hours call center­ has return­ed my call or neithe­r does any one answer­s your phone to correc­t this mistak­e i have writte­r over 10 to twelve­ statem­ents and sent them to your custom­ers servic­e depart­ment and have not heard form anyone­. Do i need to send other statem­ents in to the BBB that your compan­y refuse­s to correc­t your websit­e mistak­es or will this matter­ be handle­d by you as soon as possib­le.
